Good service experience. Normally have regular maintenance service performed but they had to fix the cruise control this time also. Was done in timely manner and contacted my extended warranty provider and got the bill paid.

Zach in Service was beyond exceptional.. He is a prime example of what customer service looks like. I.came in with an issue that was caused by a totally different mechanic shop. He talked out solutions that worked out in my best interest. He saved me time and money and relieved the stress of the situation. This young man needs to be acknowledge for this beyond words

Shottenkirk gives great service. They came and got my car from work to put tires on and returned it to work. I appreciate that they did this so I didn’t have to make an extra trip to bring my car in since I live out of town. They also put the repel sealant on which is with my warranty and cleaned my car on the inside making it look brand new. I have used Shottenkirk Toyota for years to buy my vehicles and for service. They have always done a great job!

Had the oil changed and got some estimates replaced burned out fog light bulb and did the repel service. Smells like new inside Great job 👍another oil change every thing is good
